“Having previously used Memoria I was confident that everything would be excellent. The only suggestion I could offer is that the TV screens could be a bit bigger but that in no way spoilt the service and the whole set up is perfect for a time of very mixed emotions.”

“This venue was a perfect choice for our funeral. It is in a beautiful setting with good facilities and was warm on a cold day. The access to the live link was invaluable, thank you. Parking facilities are good with easy access for people with mobility difficulty.”

“What a lovely intimate room to hold the service in was quite warm and the seats were really comfortable . As it was a smaller room we felt it was more personal and everyone was included in the service”

“I would have given a higher rating had we not had a disappointing greeting on a cold day when we asked to stand in the area between the main door and the door into the service room whilst awaiting the arrival of the funeral car. We had said we would follow the coffin into the service but, owing to the weather, wanted to just wait inside and follow the coffin from there. The lady who greeted us was far from welcoming, neither was she understanding, and simply told us we couldn't. Had I not persisted she would clearly not have let us go inside. The previous funeral party had left at least 15 minutes before yet she was not able to give a good reason as to why we couldn't. All in all a distressing and disappointing start to what was, inevitably, going to be a challenging and upsetting time.”
