“We were unsure whether to use this new facility in Doncaster and ended up turning up last off on a Friday afternoon to have a look for ourselves prior to confirming our booking. We were given a warm welcome by all the staff, nothing was too much trouble and all our questions were answered. We were offered a drink and made to feel at ease. This kindness at such a difficult time was heart warming. The staff were exceptional, thank you so much. On the day there were teddy bears for the younger children attending which were appreciated and a lovely gesture. The Crematorium is tastefully decorated along with mood lighting, screens for personalised tributes and sofa style seating which all assisted in providing the perfect send off for our loved one. Highly recommend.”

“It's very difficult to say goodbye to a loved one. Memoria is set in lovely grounds, there is a nice calming atmosphere. The staff are very kind and friendly. For such a sad occasion it was as good as it could be.”

“Thae facilities at the Crematorium in St Asaph, Denbighshire are very good with furnishings to a high order. The decor is very nice with good facilities for familiy's to say goodbye to their loved ones with screens to view photographs should the family wish to do so.”

“We had my mum's cremation here recently. Everything was perfect and all carried out so respectfully. I returned to collect the ashes and had a chance to appreciate the grounds which are beautifully maintained in such a peaceful and serene setting.”
