“Although things were a little hazy for me that day after just losing my partner, I have no complaits. The service was lovely, the facilities and surrounding landscape were very good and well kept. Staff were pleasant and compassionate. The webcam service was really good, allowed people who were unable to travel be part of the service. the screens for photo video tributes. Also the screens in voyay, their was a lot of people who could not all be seated but all heard and saw all the service in it entirety. Thank you very much, excellent.”

“Memoria offers a more contemporary option within a beautiful countryside setting. Unlike other crematoriums it doesn’t feel as if you’ve been slotted into a rushed, revolving door system; here the facilities are bright and airy, as opposed to gloomy and claustrophobic. If you wish to celebrate the life of your relative or friend I would have no hesitation in recommending Memoria as the ideal location to do so.”

“I have unfortunately had 3 cremation here now in the past 23 mths and each one has been perfect The crematorium is beautiful from the seating, lighting the building. The site is stunning,you are the only ones there from start to finish of the service, very personal service, no queuing seeing others arrive or leave Nothing is rushed Staff are wonderful”

“It appeared so tranquil and beautiful as we followed the hearse. So peaceful. The same inside, exactly the right size, a comforting, welcoming experience. I was also comforted by being able to decide to leave curtains open and the blue lighting, we were with him to the end - he didn’t just disappear. Lucy was our celebrant and I cannot say thankyou enough to her for helping us through every step to celebrate my husband’s life, our life together and say goodbye. It was a joyously sad day.”

“It’s a great shame that you don’t have a waiting room where we could have sought refuge from the bitterly cold January wind. For some strange reason, the audio volume didn’t seem loud enough. I don’t know whether it had anything to do with where we were sitting ( front left). The volume of the entry music seemed fine but all the talking could have been louder and I struggled to hear the backing track for the 2nd hymn. I don’t like loud music or amplification and have struggled at another crematorium with music that was too loud so these are quite unusual comments for me to be making. Otherwise, everything was fine. The seating is spacious and comfortable and the surroundings very pleasant.”

“A lovely setting, and comfortable seating for people attending the funeral. The photo memories with music was a wonderful addition and brought many people together. This crematorium was a good choice and made a very sad occasion bearable and comforting.”
