“The service we had from memoria Amber Valley was very good, it is such a tranquill place with well maintained grounds, and is very peaceful. You don’t feel rushed and the chapel is bright and comfortable”

“We were very impressed with the facilities and presentation of the service, lighting and picture of our mother on screen was excellent. We felt it would be better if space on exit for greeting attendees wa s bigger and more sheltered, particularly if service is well attended.”

“The location is beautiful, the Chapel is very comfortable and clean, and just right for a service. I particularly liked the projection of my father's name above the bier. The staff were all so helpful and welcoming, and I was reassured from the moment I arrived that the service would go well, and it did. The only issue we had was that my mother is in a wheelchair now and there was no ramp to facilitate us getting her into the waiting room ... luckily the weather was fine but it would have been a problem if it had been raining. Please can a ramp or step-free access be provided for that building?”

“I would like to thank Memoria for the service they provided at my late father's funeral in February. Everything was well organised and nothing was too much trouble, including, unbeknown to me, the inclusion of the RAF logo and insignia on the wall above my father's coffin. He would have been very touched, as we as a family were. We felt he had been given a lovely and dignified farewell. Thank you.”

“Very happy wityh the service provided here. Have been directly involved in three cremations here over recent years and it is idealyl suted and a lot more peaceful and relaxed atmosphere than other ones in the area.”

“The service was very uplifting from the way the chapel was set and the way Geoffs eulogy was presented. The garden of rembrance is first class and we look forward to visiting Geoff in these surounds. Beryl and Bob Ogle”

“A beautiful setting in which we said goodbye to our mum. Special shout out to the groundsman that provided my grandson with some fish food to keep him occupied during the service.... it's often the little things 💜”

“Been to many cremations here now, and find it very tranquil. Just recently they hosted my mother’s cremation and service and were wonderful. Providing webcast & photo slideshow into the service. Lovely clean and airy feel to the crematorium. Comfy seating.”
