We, as a family, were really satisfied with all aspects of my husband's funeral. Beforehand we visited the crematorium without an appointment but were shown around with kindness & respect in what is a difficult time. Our questions were answered & requests were not a problem.
On the very hot day that 18th July was, we were as comfortable as possible although the flowers wilted rather quickly!
The funeral was as we wished in the pleasant surroundings.
