“The whole journey for my family can only be described as exceptional. Ashleigh on the day went above and beyond what was expected. The grounds are beautiful and well kept like the rest of the establishment. I must also add my thanks to Barbara at the funeral home, who like Ashleigh went above and beyond what we expected.”

“There is a friendly atmosphere the decor is subdued which is reassuring for relatives and friends of the deceased . The welcome given by the Memoria staff was warm and very genuine. The allotted timing, did not intrude into the steady progress of theessential elements of the service. As the father of my deceas son aged 58, I was overwhelmed by grief and dreading his funeral., I was fearful that I would be able personally to face this ordeal. To conclude I was positively reassured that his memory was celebrated in a friendly and sympathetic atmosphere provided by Memoria. Sincerely David Faulkner Snr.”

“As a family we were treated with compassion. My late husband was treated with dignity and respect. The service was beautiful and we did not feel rushed at any time, were able to spend time in the chapel after the service.”

“Everything ran really smoothly for my mums funeral. The crematoria team were attentive and compassionate at the planning stage via the undertaker and on the day of the service The team were able to flex to allow the choir dinging at my mums service early entry and to practice onsite. Important to note that we did not communicate with the crematorium team directly but were present when the undertaker was phoning them and making arrangements”

“We chose Keegan's Funeral Directors to support us following my mum's passing. They worked closely with Memoria to ensure that everything went well on the day of the funeral. We requested a USB of mum's photo slide show and song. It was beautifully presented. Very happy with the service.”
