“I would like to thank Memoria for helping to create a lovely service for my Dad at St Asaph. Everything was carried out with the minimum of fuss and Nan was extremely helpful in providing the music and poetry we wanted. John delivered a lovely service that reflected my Dad's life really well. The chapel is very pleasant and setting beautiful. Thank you.”

“The setting and service was very good. Our funeral director had liaised on our behalf and everything that we’d asked was carried out sympathetically. We didn’t carry out any of the correspondence and I can’t comment on the next questions”

“We recently had a committal service at Cardiff and Glamorgan Memorial Park and Crematorium for our beloved Dad. On what was an incredibly painful and heartbreaking day, we took great comfort from the wonderful service at the Crematorium which was beautiful, personal, appropriate and dignified. The room was immaculate and the grounds were beautifully kept. The staff were all very kind and professional. Thank you.”

Whilst the situation was extremely sad, the level of service, support and understanding from the staff at Denbighshire Memoria Crematorium helped us a great deal. “From the moment Julee entered my home she was extremely professional, friendly and helpful! The day of my husband's funeral she was immaculately dressed and showed the utmost respect to my husband. My whole experience with the funeral parlour staff has been one of care and compassion from the care of my Husband to caring for myself and my family. “The service for my mother/wife was impeccable. Donna was wonderful, always helpful and caring when we had questions and needed her time. The Chapel is beautiful and v comfortable. The setting on a hill and gardens is a lovely place to remember your loved one.”

Your gentle and professional support for both families together with your guidance and assistance for me was much appreciated. It was good to be able to work with you and your team on such sensitive and important funerals as they said goodbye to their loved ones. “We had a very small committal service for our father in advance of a larger memorial service at the church. This went very well, the music was lovely, and the chapel was well-presented and peaceful. The spacious setting of the Memorial park was very pleasant, and there was plenty of parking. It was also quite accessible for wheelchair users, which was important for our family. The booking was made through Neville Funeral Directors in Hitchin.”

“We had our mother’s cremation at the North Oxford Crematorium. It has beautiful grounds and the crematorium having sofas and a good sound and audio system was nice. It may have been different if the weather was raining as the waiting room was a little way from the crematorium. There was no rush and the timings were very good.”
