“The knives seemed great but two of them came apart after taking them out of the packaging! Couldn't get through to anh customer services for a refund. Feel ripped off.”

“I never received my order as it was supposedly damaged in transit but I had to contact Koch and Kochin in order to find this out! I really wanted the item and am very disappointed with the outcome”

“I have been trying to avoid big companies like Amazon and finding smaller companies to buy from. I was horrified to receive my package from you in a Amazon box very disappointing does your company have any moral values? I would like to know what they are, I would also like a refund. I don’t want to fund billionaires and you took my choice away!”

“I ordered a pen knife for my nephews 17th Birthday early November and it’s now January and it has still not arrived! In December I received an email from the company saying they experiencing delays with postage. Terrible service. I would not use this company again. Now attempting to get a refund. They haven’t even contacted me!”
