“Extremely poor customer service. My order took more than 6 weeks and multiple emails on my behalf to be delivered. I kept asking for a status update only to be told that there was a “problem” with my order and that some kind of confirmation was needed from the shipping department. I asked to at least be compensated for the delivery charge given the lateness and this was approved, but I also asked for a discount on my purchase because of how late the order arrived, but this was rejected which I found rather shocking. Then as the icing on the cake, one of the pans I ordered arrived damaged. On the whole, terrible experience, I will never shop here again.”
