“I bought the Microplane for my son. I felt he might find it useful. He is a good cook, I use mine nearly every day. He has used it and so did my Granddaughter and both were very pleased with the product. The delivery was prompt and in good condition. I would use you again should I be in the UK. Thank you. Linda”

“Terrible service. I paid for express delivery but the item did not arrive until the day after the express delivery I had paid for which meant the item was late. On emailing the company about this they never acknowledged the lateness and kept saying it was due to arrive that day, which meant it was late. The item eventually arrived but had to be collected from the post office as I was not in for delivery because it was a day late and the box was damaged. I had no choice but to keep the time because it was already late and a birthday present. Terrible service, would not recommend.”

“The knives are sharp but unfortunately the large knives are not good on meat as both large knives Are serrated Which is a shame so I ended up having to buy another knife for the meat!! So was disappointed with that!”

“Terrible customer service. Product photos on the website showed the item in original box (it was purchased as a gift), but it arrived in a flimsy plastic sleeve with scuff marks. By the time I got a response it was too late to rectify before christmas. After five emails I was eventually offered a £3 refund to cover the cost of sourcing a gift box, which didn't seem like much compensation but in the circumstances I accepted. However, unfortunately I never received the partial refund one month later, and to be honest it just isn't worth pursuing further, so I would simply never order from Koch & Kochin again!”
