“Very professional. Delivered my item speedily. Unfortunately I had to return it because my installer ordered the wrong item. The return was dealt with very quickly. I highly recommend this Company”

“Ordered on line to replace an existing plastic hatch. Delivered on time and well wrapped. Had to insert a baton to ensure a snug fit into existing opening, but knew I may have to do that. Fits close to the ceiling and overall very pleased with product and whole process.”

“A well made bespoke loft hatch which looks good and had to cowith two people was easy to fit The only thing that let it down was the delivery by Parcel farce. So as i could complete the project on time and after a number of failures by the courire to deliver on appointed days and times, I had a 30 mile round trip to collect from their depot. Please bear this in mind if working to a deadline and order early!”

“Easy to deal with, fairly priced and do exactly what they say on the tin! The customer service is exceptional and the packaging of the products is a masterclass in how it should be done. I ordered a 85cm x 120cm loft hatch. Something that large and heavy could so easily be damaged during shipping; given the way it was packaged, safe delivery was never in doubt! What a pleasant surprise!”

“I bought the OKP 3 section folding loft ladder and loft hatch combined. Looks nice on the ceiling, blends in well with my ceiling. My mate is a carpenter and it took the wo of us too install the hatch. Installation went well, no problems. I saw one review by someone claiming to have no experience with DIY and saying it was easy to install. I'm experienced with all kinds of building work and I cannot believe that. Get a carpenter in. Gave it 5 stars not just because it looks good but also the ease of ordering and swift delivery.”
