“Ordered online..... easy. Next day deliver..... spot on. Some of the products didn't survive the journey very well though..... grrr I sent Jupiter Blue a brief email about this.... as you do. They replied instantly, apologetically and decisively! No fuss, no quibble, no hassle and sent off replacement products (which arrived next day; in mint condition) and collected returned goods. “Found the web page easy to navigate. Installation relatively simple depending on your skill mix. Maybe a pic to show how to adjust hatch frame to a none square opening. Mine was out by 5mm or so on the width.”

“The team at Jupiter Blue were really helpful when I needed a replacement loft hatch. Nothing was too much trouble, even planning a delivery in potential snow! I enquired about a specific product, was assisted with the detail ensuring it was the correct product for my needs, my specific delivery requirements were met, payment was taken over the phone and the product arrived with me at 9.30 the following day. I cannot praise Jupiter Blue Ltd enough. They go the extra mile to ensure you receive great service. I would highly recommend them to anyone.”

“I ordered a metal loft hatch. There was a slight issue with paint on the lock but contacted Jupiter and the after service was absolutely superb. Helen was very quick to respond, lock issue solved straight away with fast friendly customer care. Very happy with loft hatch, excellent quality and excellent customer service. Will definitely order again, well done Jupiter blue.”
