“Ordered loft hatch from their wide range, item arrived the next day. Unfortunately, the item was damaged when I opened the package. Contacted Jupiter Blue by email, got reply within minutes stating replacement was being despatched, this was with me the next day! Fantastic service (and an apology!!) so professional. Would recommend Jupiter Blue as a supplier, keen prices also.”

“Ordered a bespoke loft hatch. As I made a mistake in the ordering process I was contacted very quickly by the company and the fault was rectified. Product arrived within the week.
