“Just installed the loft hatch today - dimensions were precisely as requested - it was well finished and fits well in the opening. The included operating pole was a bonus, but in fact while it is long enough to operate the hatch lock, it is a bit short to be able to pull down the ladder - all sorted by moving the hatch lock key (nice solid metal key) into the pole that came with the ladder. Would certainly order a bespoke hatch the next time I need to fit one.”

“The loft ladders I ordered arrived super fast but unfortunately when I took them to the new house they were for I realised I had insufficient clearance to instal and store them away. I was able to return them (unopened) and received a full refund. At a time when I seem to be haemorrhaging money this was very much appreciated and allowed me to buy a telescopic ladder instead.”
