“The hatch looks so good compared to the plywood hatch it replaced. I’m very happy with it I will ask Jupiter whether they have a solution to a wall hatch I also need replaced.”

“Ordered my loft hatch which came I good time, the package was slightly damaged when it arrived, I dealt with a gentleman called David who advised me a new hatch would be in the post next day, thus arrived promptly and was installed in 15 minutes, great product and excellent customer service. Wouldn't hesitate to buy again”

“Ordered a made to measure 1 hour fire rated and insulated loft hatch. Information for measuring was excellent, queries answered by email promptly and the hatch was delivered to promised timescale. The hatch itself was very well made and finished just as it should be. What more could you want? Will be ordering another soon.”

“My made-to-measure loft hatch was perfect to the millimetre. I was very impressed by the construction - how do they make them so solid, but exactly the size you specify. Material of construction is metal, not plastic. That makes it solid and robust, but heavy. I managed to install mine single-handed, but strongly advise you get a helper to hold the hatch in place whilst you are screwing it to the joists!”

“Very pleased with my purchase. Although the delivery timeframe was vague, when it arrived it was as exactly as ordered and I was able to replace my existing hatch without fuss. Love the sleek, modern design and definitely a massive upgrade to my existing hatch with insulation and a locking pole to book. No complaints.”

“Quality product, great service. Ordered over Christmas. Came in a few weeks. Fitted easily & to size with good seals, all fixings & instructions. Looks slimline in ceiling, finishes off newly plastered ceiling. So much nicer than the old wood hatch.”
