“I recently bought a suit from the shop at Skipton. I was visiting the area when I saw the interesting variety of suits on display in the window. Once inside, I was spoilt for choice by the range and quality of the clothes on offer and all at a reasonable price. The staff who I dealt with both online and in the shop were very knowledgeable and helpful in providing insight and ideas. I would definitely recommend Jenson Samuel, an overall excellent experience!”

“Excellent service and very individual good quality shirts, I have walked past the shop many times in Skipton yet never called in and ended up ordering online. The shirts arrived very quickly and well packaged and are a welcome addition to my Christmas wardrobe. Next time I am in Skipton I will be visiting the store to see what else I can add.”

“In my particular case there were issues around stock levels. Without hesitation they were in touch to tell me. However the customer care didn't end there. The patience that was shown was very gratifying. They made you feel very worthy. The product fit really well. I got 3 shirts and each shirt was identical in fit and size.”

“I've ordered several 3xl shirts for my tall and heavy husband, I've only ever had to send one back and the customer service was excellent. The designs are out of the ordinary, the shirts beautifully made and fabric is good quality. It's my first choice when he needs a special shirt.”

“Was easy moving about on the website I used the standard free delivery, was given two weeks for the tie to arrive but it came in three days The colour of the tie was as I wanted it, same as was on online and it was quality”
