Seeds were delivered as promised but a bit disappointed that the sweetcorn seeds were packed in June 2022 to be used by June 2024. Old stock?

Hi Alison Thank you for your review. Seeds like any product have to have a use by date as directed by law. As they are in a sealed airless environment they can be used for many years after the date specified and we would not expect there to be any detrimental effect. One mini shrub very good, the other very dry and weak, have given it a good watering but might be too far gone a caenaneathous.

for Ā£16 each a very poor specimen of Prunus amagowa lets hope they survive to grow

Thanks for the plants which were well packed, but when I got them delivered they were very dry and so I soaked them and planted them in the following morning. They've had a good watering with storm Debi this week.

The plants I ordered were in a poor condition when they arrived. I kept them in my greenhouse thinking they might recover, unfortunately over have died.i contacted the seller they apologized and promised me a refund as of today I still have not received one.i have bought plants from this company in the past with no problems, hopefully this was just a blip.

We lost about 10 plants as box was very wet and plants tipped over The others were ok and good but couldnā€™t revive the damaged ones We reported this and was great full for refund as replacement was not possible Many thanx

Delivery times poor, I had to remind them to send my bulbs, I am now waiting on allium bulbs, I had hoped to get them in the ground before winter sets in, now the garden is very wet. I shall consider very carefully before ordering again.

Reference 66violas delivered last week ok.condition of the plants was awful.All tangled up with 11 plants beyond recovery.Very disappointed.I think you must be living on your reputation. First order was bulbs. Brilliant. Next order Winter Pansies. Arrived very sad and virtually died but replaced willingly. No problem. But replacement just the same unfortunately.

I purchased a tray of pansies. Followed the instructions and potted them on. I was very disappointed that over half of the pansies died and the remainder are still struggling but I hope they will survive so I can eventually plant the in my garden pots.

Goods arrived quite damaged and many did not survive being re potted. Rang customer services and was given a refund for dead ones.

The package had been mishandled in transit and out of 66 plugs, 11 of them had been dislodged from their cells and damaged.This was above the normally acceptable number of one or two being dislodged in my other orders with Parker's.
