“Products arrived promptly and well packaged. The insect suet pellets are disappearing at an astonishing rate. The sunflower seeds are always popular and the moorhens love the floating duck food. Lots of pheasants and partridges visit the garden now I put out pheasant food.”

“Food is enjoyed by the birds. Unfortunately 1 sack was ripped or the string had not caught both sides of the sack so some bird food was in the bottom of the box and had escaped into my home and presumably into the delivery van but the loss was not enough to return the item”

“Mealworm suet pellets seem even better this time. Look fresher and not so powdery also slightly longer and more intact. Always good quality before, but much prefer this batch. Great product! My birds can't get enough and I'm always running out.”

“Heritage Caged Ground Feeder SKU: H040615 The bars are too small to allow any of the small birds (sparrows, finches, robins) to get in to eat the seed/ suet etc. I watched for 2 days (not 8 hours a day admittedly) without success. All the food was exactly as I'd placed it. I asked for a refund and was basically told NO. Took 3 days to reply to my email. Don't know what their other services are like but customer service is extremely poor.”

You unfortunatley sent your original email to an inbox that is not monitored regularly, so this was why it took a few days to reply, we apologise for this. As we explained in the email response, it can take birds time to get used to a new feeder (4-6 weeks sometimes), and this is probably why they were wary. The bars are not too small to let the small birds in, as we showed you in the video that was attached to the response email. We are sorry you are unhappy with the feeder, but as the feeder is not faulty, and has been used, this is why you would not eligible for a refund.

“What a great company! I bought a modest amount of food for the wild birds that I feed in my front garden. The quality is fantastic, and the order was despatched quickly in cardboard packaging with paper packing and brown paper tape to close the box - all 100% recyclable. In addition, I found a little box inside containing a free gift: two lovely little Christmas tree-shaped suet blocks. I've now dumped the company that I have been loyal to for years; never had a free gift, but get daily (often multiple) emails telling me to 'hurry' and grab their bargains. Too much pressure. Ivel Valley win out and are now my go to supplier.”
