“Absolutely delighted as are the birds with the food (mini suet bundle of insect and berry pellets) easily ordered and super swiftly delivered by the Ivel Valley team. I've received several orders since February this year which have been of superb value and quality. Today I experienced the equally first class customer care from Caroline. A feeder I purchased had a flaw and within 20 minutes of sending an email, I had a response from Caroline who organised an immediate replacement. A fantastic company who are a pleasure to shop with.”

“Top quality products that are delivered promptly (usually the day after ordering) since using your mixes I have attracted a wide variety of birds in my garden. An added bonus is the hedgehogs who are enjoying a supper of mealworms!”

“The company products are fine - it is the carrier who is VERY bad. DPD lie about attempting to deliver when we are sitting looking out the window. When they do deliver a day late they throw the box on the doorstep, damging the contents and leave without knocking and leave the gate wide open (which has a sign on it saying please close the gate!) We have emailed Ivel twice about this last pantomime and NO response. We are now looking into other suppliers.”

Thank you for your feedback Ray, we don't seem to have received any emails from yourself, however we do understand how frustrating it is when a service doesn't work as planned. “We've been ordering from Ivel Valley for quite a while now. We find we get more birds with their food, don't know why but it works. Ordering is easy and delivery is super quick. Customer service is excellent too”

“I have been buying from Ivel Valley for a number of years and ordering online is easy and always get my order delivered on time. I buy in bulk and bird food always arrives intact and safe. I would highly recommend this company. Can I ask one thing that you bring back the apple suet balls as my birds couldn't get enough of them.”

“Always excellent service and delivery. The food is slightly more expensive than others but the birds love it and don't waste food unlike with other brands where they throw half of it on the floor so in the long run it actually isn't more expensive.”

“99% satisfaction all round, including the eco-responsible packaging, the quality of the goods, the speed of despatch, and customer service. My only gripe is probably personal: I have yet to find a seed mix that suits the varied birds flocking to my garden. The oats and wheat in most of the mixes do not go down well with any of the birds except the Wood Pigeons, and tend to be left until the pigeons descend at the end of the day. I hope one day to be able to order a good mix without waste (far too many oats) that's also 'no grow'.”
