“My favourite seller of wild bird food. Always great quality products, delivered very promptly with a low minimum spend for free delivery, (£25) in certain areas, including mine. Items are well packed and delivered with care by DPD. My latest order kept up with the high standard of customer service that I always have from Ivel Valley.”

“My order always arrives well packaged and on time which is excellent. However, it would be nice to receive the free gift of the suet tractors with that order, or without a stated time to include them in the next order, as the bird food I received will last longer than that and I nearly always miss out - just a minor annoyance in an otherwise excellent service!”
