“Brilliant! Just tell me how I can keep the starlings away. They eat everything I put out and the other birds get nothing, even when I stand guard. When the starlings drift off eventually the other bids can feed.”

“Very prompt. Not cheap. But excellent products. Birds go crazy for the suet pellets and seed mix. Don't forget water! Birds need water too. Ivel, can you do some water baths! Small birds need shallower bathing. Big birds, deeper. Something they can grip on. Also can you do a bee bath so insects and bees can drink too.”

“I came across Ivel Valley a couple of years ago and I consider myself very fortunate to have done so.I used to breed parakeets so truly understand nutrition. I would buy fat balls etc from the local stores and even from some internet suppliers but to be brutally honest they were hardly touched and then as only as a last resort. I also had a couple of log feeders( we are fortunate to live adjacent to open countryside) so decided to give Ivel Valley a try. It was the best decision I ever made. The birds go crazy for them and I am constantly, on a daily basis replenishing my feeders. I buy a mix of the different one's available in their different forms. The blocks, logs and pellets. As for the log feeders, as a tip if you're not used to them, when there is little left in the centre if the woodpeckers haven't beaten you to it simply push it out with a new log and then drop them into the top of a block feeder. Different birds need different feeders so be open to buying a variety Could go on but this company have a quality product that is backed up by a team who handle the sales / delivery side of things very well also A first class product by a first class company.”

“Delivery is next day as promised and in great condition. The birds are very happy with the normal suet balls and blocks - they love the insect one but always leave the apple to the last. Perhaps it's just anthropomorphic to think they might want a change of flavours? This is the second time I've used Ivel and will continue using them in the future. They are good value for money too.”

“Great service as usual. Website easy to navigate, prices reasonable for good quality products. Very speedy delivery - free over a certain amount bought. I am a regular customer and my birds love the food. Buying online is easy and has always been trouble free so I have never had to contact customer services over the years I have been purchasing from them.”
