“My original order was placed on 11 Dec 22, but the carrier DPD failed to deliver. A replacement was finally delivered, in two parcels, on 19 and 20 December. The parcel company DPD has problems finding my address, although it is not very remote. If they would use what3words they would find my front porch precisely. Adding the option of quoting this code to the online ordering site would greatly improve the delivery of goods on time.”
