“Not had merchandise yet but just called to check where my confirmation of order email had gone and I have never felt like such an inconvenience! The rude little madam sounded like she was filing her nails and when I asked for the confirmation number of order via email, she said I have told you it. Fingers crossed that the product will be good and that they take a good long look at their so called customer care team!”
