“what a breath of fresh air!!! Great customer service, friendly & helpful. I found beautiful brass cup handles, chrome knobs, nickel latches & interesting kitchen roll/toilet roll dispensers for my projects. As they are located just half an hour away they welcomed me in to browse - which was a huge bonus! As a designer it is important to gauge the quality which isn’t always possible with online purchases! I regularly add to my suppliers library to source exciting new finds - I will definitely be using Ironmongery World again and would highly recommend them for their variety, great price & fantastic service. Thank you very much!”

“Airer arrived with essential pulley missing & no explanation. I rang & was told there was info in the box (there wasn't). Product useless without this so was no point sending it. Said pulley would arrive possibly within a week, but we're still waiting. Shame as product looks but can't be put up. Happy to edit review if this is resolved.”
