“Didn't recieve order. Got shipment confirmation 3 hours after ordering. Order did not arrive. Emailed and was told it wasn't in stock but is coming in and would be with me in 4-5 days. Another 2 weeks later still no delivery. Contacted again and was told it would be some weeks before it was in stock. Requested a refund which was granted. Order shouldn't of been accepted if no stock, still showing on the site as in stock now. Nearly 4 weeks wasted on a item that was never in stock.”

“This is the supplier for you if you want to deal with people who; 1. Don't do what they say they will. 2. Provide goods (twice) that don't match their website photo. 3. Don't refund the VAT when they finally get round to arranging a repayment. Otherwise, avoid them. Their service is appalling.”

Dear Debbie Thank you for your patience. It is impossible to get items delivered to the USA the next day. Your order was dispatched the same day and sent via UPS.

“Lovely looking knobs,however because they are handmade some of the plates needed drilling out& one of the knobs is so far out of true it’s unusable-also one was chipped.”

“Really awful experience. The items I ordered were delayed and when they did arrive nothing was correct. In fact there were attempts to pass off Penny head hinges as spear head hinges by angle grinding the tops of the hinges down. Really dishonest. I’m still waiting for my refund and it’s been over a week since I sent the parcel back. I would not recommend!”
