“Good are nice but the payment proces is dreadful. I had to try 5 times to get basket through as it kept charging me shipping for goods costing £60. Shipping should have been free but it kept charging for it. Had to spend nearly an hour playing with the payment on my mobile or laptop to show it free shipping. Way to trick customers into free shipping you then do not apply.”

“I bought a fish door knocker but although I like it I am very disappointed with the poor quality, especially for the price. The hinge is extremely loose and flappy, a bad fit. The rivet is just chopped off, sharp edges, no attempt at smoothing it. The fish has been ground away roughly on a large area of it's surface, obliterating some of the 'scales' - I imagine where the casting sprue was attached. I would have even paid a bit more to have it properly finished.”

“Would give zero stars. Very poor quality merchandise, plating was peeling off when I took the handles out of the package. Returned for refund and a month later I am still waiting. Had to go to PayPal to get a refund.”

Dear Mr Aleksjew, Your order was despatched on the 5th of May. But you have refused to pay the customs charges. So the item has been returned to the warehouse. Thank you.

“It took a long telephone conversation before your operative could understand the letters I wanted to order. When I look on the website the order was incorrect and I had to phone twice again before it was corrected. Parcel was addressed to Miss John Godfrey (not Mr) and the name of my house was missing from the address (there is not a number) and the parcel was not delivered to me. I had to go looking for it. It had been delivered at the top of my road whereas I am at the bottom end. It was eventually located. So not really at all impressed with your service.”

The parcel will always be addressed to the shipping person, who is MISS if you double-check your sage pay confirmation. There was no house number, other than a name. Which made it very hard for the delivery driver to locate. Future reference, please may you give us all the correct details, such as house number, and valid postcode, to make a smoother journey for us all. Thank you

“I don't normally leave reviews, but in this case I feel it was more than necessary. I ordered some finger push plates and door pulls. I was ASTOUNDED to find them on my doorstep in Perth, Western Australia 6 days later! The plates are exactly what I was looking for, the quality is fabulous and the speed in which they were dispatched and delivered leaves me almost speechless. (I am still waiting 3 weeks later for a LOCAL delivery but can get something from the UK in 6 days?!! Amazing!) Don't hesitate to order from this company if they have what you need, the website is comprehensive and ordering is easy and as you can tell from my review, the service is exemplary.”
