“I have been asked to write a review, but my product has not yet arrived. I ordered an 'in stock' item over a month ago. After lots of chasing I was told it was to be delivered yesterday, but when I chased the tracking number I was told that was a typo and it will arrive next week. Hopefully it will, and hopefully it will be good quality... I have no idea at this point.”

“Product is really nice, well made and good quality, The customer service however is something else. Very unorganised, they have no idea what they are doing, my package was lost found not made yet, all in a matter of 5 mins, I didn't receive an email after the order was placed, so I asked for it to be sent, I got someone else invoice with all there details on! Faulty towers come to mind, unfortunately won't order from then again.”
