“The post time and payment were excellent. The product I purchased was a “heavy duty rope ring latch” for a gate. It had a clumsy casting with poor detail definition but did a job. Not a cosmetically pretty piece it must be said. Being cast it is heavy and brittle.”

“I wasn't able to locate the item anywhere locally so bought it online and although the item itself was reasonably priced, postage was expensive. The item is usuable but the quality is poor. Due to the untidy weld, the item doesn't lay flat on the woodwork and I'll need to notch out the timber. Additionally the paintwork is scratched revealing the blue primer beneath.”

“No item, no despatch notice, no reply to the email I sent after 12 says to enquire about a delivery date, it's now 16 days since ordering without any despatch notice. I am very close to instigating a PayPal refund.”
