“Very unprofessional. Ordered some items and paid for next-day delivery. Had to chase repeatedly for over three weeks without the courtesy of a call-back at any time. The absence of these final items on a job caused a delay in completion. Eventually gave up and demanded a refund as I cannot afford to spend this amount of time chasing hardware. Will not use in future and as an alternative I recommend Inbrass as a supplier.”

“ordered 2 sets of hinges, when they arrived we got 3 left hand and 1 right hand, reading previous reviews, this has happened before, except they got all one side hinge, there was no facility to select left or right handed sets, but because of there nature they are not reversable”
