“Absolutely dreadful. Ordered some coat hooks and a door knocker. Knocker never received despite numerous calls and promises to deliver the next day. Finally admitted the product is out of stock and they have no idea when it will become available again. But it is still showing as "in stock" on their website. Will not deal with this company again.”

“Iron handles and strap hinges-3 separate orders. all excellent quality and price I would give 5 stars -but co. let down by courier.( Co. despatched immediately) but 1st order lost --eventually found and delivered. 2nd very prompt. 3rd delivered to wrong post code. I spotted email saying delivered .phoned Ironmongery who instantly picked up and sorted out carrier and goods arrived 30 mins later via "very sorry" driver, Will use again and hope that courier lives up to Ironmongery World service”
