“I’m not completely happy with the trivet. It’s covered in grease and not one complete colour. The sides of the trivet are bare silver metal, whereas the top and bottom are a rusty brown/black. The sides look like they have been hastily cut, and are messy. I’m going to have to clean it and paint it myself and hope it looks ok. Unless I can send it back.”

“Gate Hinges - Impressed with product quality I ordered a pair of replacement Black Gate Hinges online from this company having explored their website hoping to find a better quality product. I was previously disappointed with a purchase from an Amazon 3rd party supplier which I had to send back as the metal was of poor quality. I decided to place an order (Ref 100046495) via the website and received an emailed order confirmation quickly. The hinges arrived in good time and well packaged. I must say I am very impressed with the quality of the cast iron (heavy duty and well finished in black) hinges which were supplied with matching bolts and screws. I am sure once fitted, they will give many years of good service. Very pleased, well done the team at Ironmongery World.”

“Product was spot on, more then happy with the Finnish, my only issue is being told on the website that if I ordered before 3pm it would be dispatched same day, and I paid the extra to have next working day delivery. That was on a Thursday, I rang the provided number to confirm this and was reassured by the member of staff, unfortunately the item was dispatched till the Friday after a brief conversation with someone on the Facebook page, and I didn't get my item till the monday, which is slightly annoying when you pay over £5 for next day and you end up waiting 4 days all be it that includes Saturday and Sunday.”
