“The website was easy to use. I see you have encrypted the requested signage text, which makes it impossible to check after submission. A very good product for the price. We bought the solar powered house sign. The sign is well made and matched our existing sign put in by our builders. The light works long enough for any late deliveries (but i am guessing not all night as we move into winter). Only criticism, it would have been nice to pick the LED colour, ours came with a blue white light i would have liked warm white, but really cannot grumble.”

“It's very nice thank you. Bought off the wall screws as they set it off better and then had to make holes larger for those screws, I did have a ceramic drill bit. For me I would have paid a couple off £ more to have the off the wall screws Included. Nevertheless good value product”

“Brilliant sign good quality, lovely font and delivered in a decent time frame. Other companies I looked at I couldn’t get the name of my house all in one line as it’s a bit long and I had to have it on one line to fit on my gate post- so I’m very grateful to have found House Signs Direct!”

“Very disappointed. The customer service is terrible, and the sign that I ordered took over a week to arrive and wasn't as described. Prior to ordering the sign, I contacted their customer service, to ask for details about the fixing points of the sign, as it was very important to know where they would be, as the sandstone door jamb, where the sign was to fixed, was narrow. The rough stone walling surrounding the doorway made it impossible to fix it there. The customer service gave instructions that there were 2 fixings in the middle of the sign, one at the top and the other at the bottom, both 2cm from the end. I even asked for clarification, which they did. When the sign arrived over a week later, the fixings weren't as described by customer service at all, but had 4 fixings, one in each corner, which made it impossible, to put the sign where I had intended. If you're looking for a house sign, look elsewhere. You'll find a better company, and cheaper.”
