“The sign looks great, very professional and a good colour. The only reason why I am giving 4 stars and not 5 as I would prefer the number of my house to be in the middle and not at the side. However, I am happy with it.”

“Aweful experience. I bought a Ring Doorbell Name Plate from them for a type which was exactly in the pictures. When it arrive the nameplate did not have any holes in it. There was no mention of this in the advertisement. The product was flimsy and therefore I called them and told them that this is going to break if I try to drill holes in it. The person on the call insisted that it will be fine and just drill the holes anyway. Now it is broken as I predicted.”

“Excellent sign, really nice condition. But let down by delivery which was initially by Evri, and it failed to arrive. Evri decided to return it to House Signs, reason known only to them. A very helpful phone call later to House Signs and they re-sent the sign using Royal Mail, which then arrived. An easy learning point here!”

“Excellent all round. Ordering on line using the design system was straightforward and effective and the price was very fair. Speed of delivery after ordering was very quick and even a query I had after ordering was answered by a call back from customer services within about five minutes from me making the original call! The only question I have is wether the lettering etc on the sign will resist the weather over time: that aside I would certainly use the Company again.”

“The house sign was beautifully rendered on what looked like slate from North Wales. The colours were vibrant & the fixings were excellent. The packaging in bubble wrap was very protective, the delivery period very acceptable & as a former sales & marketing director I would recommend this company & its products for that "extra" present.....I am very impressed!
