“The sign looks great, very professional and a good colour. The only reason why I am giving 4 stars and not 5 as I would prefer the number of my house to be in the middle and not at the side. However, I am happy with it.”

“Excellent sign, really nice condition. But let down by delivery which was initially by Evri, and it failed to arrive. Evri decided to return it to House Signs, reason known only to them. A very helpful phone call later to House Signs and they re-sent the sign using Royal Mail, which then arrived. An easy learning point here!”

“Very pleased with item and arrived quickly. Had to contact them because I had not received a confirmation email after placing order. The lady I spoke to was very helpful and assured me that my order had been placed she then sent the confirmation.”

“I bought a sign that has space allocated for a Ring doorbell. When it arrived it was excellently packaged, but delivery was a little slow. Not their fault - down to Royal Mail. It's now up outside and looks great. One word of warning - it doesn't come with any pre-drilled holes for the doorbell - you have to do it yourself. The sign itself is acrylic so drilling holes isn't a problem. I just feel it needs to be more clearly labelled on the website as I might not have bought it otherwise, but glad I did”

We are pleased that you are happy with your order and please see a few tips on your led sign which might help. 1) If you place your solar lights in the shade or a covered area, the chance of them working is minimal because they won’t receive sufficient heat from the sunlight. 2) Outdoor solar lights usually charge their batteries within six hours of direct sunlight every day, depending on the sun intensity, type of solar panel, and battery. However, if your house or trees envelop the solar panels in the dark, especially during afternoon hours, they won’t get quite enough sunlight, and they might not turn on all night long. 3) Solar-powered lights stop working when a battery is dead, so you might want to look and see whether they are worn out or too old. While there are long-lasting batteries like Nickel Metal Hydride batteries (NiMH), they also drop in performance as time goes. Batteries that are worn out may start to erode, resulting in acid leakage, and this could cause permanent damage to the solar lamp’s electrical components. These batteries also cannot hold an adequate charge to light up solar lamps, and if they can, not for so long. Therefore, if dead batteries are the culprit of your solar lights not working, you will need to replace them as all batteries have their end life. 4) Even though solar lights are water and weather resistant, sometimes residue or water may build up inside the light fixture, damaging internal wiring and circuitry. To check if the solar light fixture is filled with water, you can detach the panel head from either the wall, post, or pier mount and allow the unit to be totally dried out. 5) Lastly, a layer of dust or dirt on a solar panel can prevents it from absorbing sunlight, and the little that gets in may not charge the batteries properly. “NIce neat sign, easy to install. Some slight scratches on the perspex were a bit disappointing but covered one up with a black pen and the others not too noticeable once up. Decided not to return as faulty.”

“Looks good - tasteful. Prompt shipping and receipt of order. The only reason for not giving 5 stars is the sign has only been on the door one day. If the sign stays on the door for a long time, it will deserve 5 stars. Makes life easy - really pleased.”

“Serious delivery issues however house signs did everything possible to resolve the issue, eventually making us another sign. The signs themselves are really nice and good quality. Just need to change delivery company”
