“Very satisfied with the product Packaging could have been better as sign was broken on arrival However the response from the customer service department was superb and a replacement was delivered very quickly I give them 10/10 for service”

“The house sign was well-made. Delivery took a little more time but not due to the supplier. The silver reflective white background plastic is difficult to read, especially from a distance, so we had to use it at the rear of our property where it can be seen closer. Perhaps I should have sent it back, it would be difficult to read quickly from a distance.”

“Website was easy to navigate and choice was easy. However on receiving my sign there was a slight error in one of the letters as though there was a “wobble” when being done. I have a keen eye so was noticeable to me maybe not everyone else.”

“Sign great just what we wanted Could improve delivery I did order near a bank holiday but information regarding when it was coming poor might be company or courier BUT PRODUCT GREAT could have collected it as only 10miles from factory”

“Nice quality finish, easily installed & looks great in place, particularly lit up. Annoyingly the two pieces of Perspex were stuck together with the protective film in place - obviously needed on the outer sheet & easily removed. The inner sheet required some fiddly cutting through some tiny gaps (the address area) hence the 4 star rating. If the inner sheet protective film had been removed BEFORE it was stuck to the outer sheet I would rate this 5 star.”
