“No communication, dropped house price online without consent or letting you know. It got so bad, we lost £40000 in value on our house in their desperation to sell the house. They did not sell the house as promised and we were stuck with them for almost two months. We luckily agreed to take the house off the market and leave the contract without any fees applied only because we made a fuss. Awful company and terrible attitude from staff. They know who they are and glad we never have to talk to them again. Special mention to the sales manager who is part of the problem and not the solution. Offered to oversew our sale but just words, we were still passed around other sales people. Please avoid at all cost!”

““Ismail and Megan was very prompt throughout the process. They explained the process very well. There was no confusion at all at any time although we communicate over Phone and MAIL but both of them are really good in terms of communication. I would definitely recommend and I’m happy . My overall experience was very, very nice”

“I dealt most of the time with a wonderful lady called Connie she kept me informed all the way through except to the exchange which I believe Connie was on on holiday but Connie phoned me when she got back to make sure everything went through smoothly by the end of the transaction I felt like Connice was a friend and I would recommend your company if all your employees were like CONNIE”

“Very bad communication on all the colleagues at work there You send emails to do not answer all the phone numbers you get you cannot get through on I’m very disappointed with the whole team I’m beginning to wonder if the whole thing is a scam as you cannot contact anybody”

“Connie has been in regular contact with me throughout the process of buying my new home. I have been given regular emails and text messages with telephone appointment to keep me updated during each stage. “Good service provided the salesman Jacob Kennedy was very courteous and took his time to explain the process and although i wasn’t quite ready to sell,i have an appointment in 3months time where I could be ready i definitely would recommend this company again”
