“Avoid at all costs! Agreed a 'quick' sale at 20k less than market value with this company, who assured a completion within 6 weeks. It took 4 months - I could have sold it in this time with a local estate agent, for its market value. Excuse after excuse with the buying company they recommended. Sales manager never returned calls, was a nightmare from start to end. Connie the sales advisor was very good, but unfortunately 1 good person doesnt run a company. Very poor service and would not recommend.”

Failed to sell my property, but even worse was that (on the 2 or 3) appointments for viewings that they actually made not one single agent attended the viewing, leaving my tenants at the time to conduct the viewing. Ridiculous. And then they have the gall to come after some £700 for their pathetic efforts because I was forced to look elsewhere to sell my property
