“Throughout the process of selling my house Simon and Jane ensured I was happy with their step by step negotiations. And would add their team also were extremely polite and welcoming. As a customer I was impressed with Simon and Jane’s skilful and professional approach when resolving difficulties with ease. It was so reassuring they took the time to explain thoroughly when answering my questions I wasn’t quite sure of. Amazing patience on their part. Incredible guidance and caring attitude from start to completion of house sale. Thank you Simon, Jane and team.”

“House sales direct helped me in detail in every step of my first house purchase and Connie one of the agents is amazing from answering the phone right away to chasing up solicitors to resolving issues to giving good advice and i must say she is a good soul . Her customer service was 5* without a doubt so anyone who wants to buy property this company make sure you ask for her and you will understand what i mean . I wish her all the best and will never forget how helpful shes been and customer service has been outstanding. She honestly deserves a promotion :)”

“Connie were all over to complete sale as soon as possible between seller and myself (buyer) the most update i was receiving from her rather than my solicitor. She is very experienced and her knowledge is incredibly good. Highly recommended!!!”

“Dont use them even as a buyer. Very biased towards people who hire them. Property was downvalued but they wont speak seller about it as they probably had his hopes up for selling his property at a higher value. The whole completition team doesnt be there when i call. The difference was of 3.8k. Virgin money had officially sent me email which fowarded to them. After 3 weeks they said we havent spoken seller give us a couple of days. After a couple of days they said we want you to request survey. Virgin clearly mentions in the email they sent me we dont share survey reports. Then someone call jane calls me and say i have been doing this for 15years and they always provide a survey copy i still want you to request one. So then i told mortgage advisor, he said ill speak to them. And know no reply.”

“The whole team who I dealt with as the buyer were very friendly & professional. The guys are all about speed but don't sacrifice and detail to get there. Emails & phone calls were ALWAYS answered and any issues were addressed and dealt with quickly. I would like to mention Connie in particular though as she is exceptional at her job who does not rest until something has been done or followed up. She contacts everyone & anyone for information and does never backed out of a challenge. Thank you to you all for your hard work and commitment.”

“Hi, To whoever is considering using house sales direct, I would highly recommend it. Connie was the lovely lady looking after me during the whole process. The speed and efficiency they work at was really surprising. Connie would work even during non-working hours to get my property completed ASAP. Connie was also incredibly helpful with any bumps in the road we had with paper work. Especially as I live abroad, we faced obstacles that would have seemed impossible if I didn’t have her guidance. Great company, and would highly recommend to anyone. Thanks a lot guys!”
