Worst communication and misleading agents. I would not recommend them to anyone. I was trying to avoid stamp duty but because of their slow pace and lack of communication I think I will have to pay that amount now.

Dont use them even as a buyer. Very biased towards people who hire them. Property was downvalued but they wont speak seller about it as they probably had his hopes up for selling his property at a higher value. The whole completition team doesnt be there when i call. The difference was of 3.8k. Virgin money had officially sent me email which fowarded to them. After 3 weeks they said we havent spoken seller give us a couple of days. After a couple of days they said we want you to request survey. Virgin clearly mentions in the email they sent me we dont share survey reports. Then someone call jane calls me and say i have been doing this for 15years and they always provide a survey copy i still want you to request one. So then i told mortgage advisor, he said ill speak to them. And know no reply.

No communication, dropped house price online without consent or letting you know. It got so bad, we lost £40000 in value on our house in their desperation to sell the house. They did not sell the house as promised and we were stuck with them for almost two months. We luckily agreed to take the house off the market and leave the contract without any fees applied only because we made a fuss. Awful company and terrible attitude from staff. They know who they are and glad we never have to talk to them again. Special mention to the sales manager who is part of the problem and not the solution. Offered to oversew our sale but just words, we were still passed around other sales people. Please avoid at all cost!

Very bad communication on all the colleagues at work there You send emails to do not answer all the phone numbers you get you cannot get through on I’m very disappointed with the whole team I’m beginning to wonder if the whole thing is a scam as you cannot contact anybody

ABSOLUTE TERRIBLE SCAM COMPANY. Do not use. They charge extortionate fees of over £10,000 just to sell your home when other estate agents offer exactly the same service for less than £1,000. Terrible service and communication. They agreed to return my fee within 7 days but did not. I have issued court proceedings against them, they ignored the claim, they now have a County Court Judgement. I have instructed court bailiffs to recover the debt and they still don’t seem to care. Worst company I have used. Full of lies and false promises. I should have read the awful reviews all over the internet about the company. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE SCAM COMPANY.

We were cold called and were assured they could sell our house, wasted nearly two hours of a time going through a detailed questionnaire on the phone. Following day phone us up and changed their mind a complete waste of time. We could not recommend using this company. Stay clear.

Avoid at all costs! Agreed a 'quick' sale at 20k less than market value with this company, who assured a completion within 6 weeks. It took 4 months - I could have sold it in this time with a local estate agent, for its market value. Excuse after excuse with the buying company they recommended. Sales manager never returned calls, was a nightmare from start to end. Connie the sales advisor was very good, but unfortunately 1 good person doesnt run a company. Very poor service and would not recommend.

Awful company. Failed to sell my property, but even worse was that (on the 2 or 3) appointments for viewings that they actually made not one single agent attended the viewing, leaving my tenants at the time to conduct the viewing. Ridiculous. And then they have the gall to come after some £700 for their pathetic efforts because I was forced to look elsewhere to sell my property Would not touch this company.

Unfortunately staff did not listen nor respond to requests. Kept the house on the market long after I had asked for it to be removed, only marketing ploy is to reduce the price, and then call and ask to drop the price again, they did no local market research and I felt dismissed and marginalised at every turn. Getting details to lodge a complaint from them is difficult enough. I would go anywhere other than here to sell a house.

DO NOT USE. Waste of time and money. The promises are great but the lives experience is awful. Incorrect listing constantly challenged, slow to react and then made worse each time. Terrible photos. Poor market reach. We have seen non of the promised pre approved cash buyers that will flood through the doors. Every couple of weeks we get asked to lower the price. They work on a set fee so they don't care how much it sells for as long as it sells. This poor market reach and low ball offer strategy has cost us thousands in house value now no agent will remarket at a reasonable price and we are now stuck trying to find a way out of a ridiculous contract and someone who will work with us to find any remaing value in our property after they have destroyed its value.

Promised a quick sale. Four months after accepting an offer still no completion. Communication is poor and not worth the massive fees you agree to for a quick sale. Maybe I'm an exception, but I don't recommend this service.

Never dealt with this company in my life, certainly did not give them my email for them to send me spam so the question remains which shady organisation did they purchase my details from? Follow up: they emailed me saying I requested to have my details retained by them from a no reply email address, since I can’t reply I will state here that unless you have my explicit written permission authorising you to retain my personal information, then you are lying and are one step away from being reported for GDP abuse!

We waited more than an hour for someone from HouseSales Direct to arrive - they didn't show. I phoned their office on 2 occasions to find out what was happening. No apologies, no explanation, no call back. We were not the only ones who were waiting to view the property.
