“Only had the ef delta two days really really good on the smaller appliances and superb for charging mobiles and laptops it does use quite a bit more energy more quickly on the larger appliances but of course everyone should know this, overall after only two days use I'm very impressed, can't wait to see what this baby can really do.”

“Bought over a weekend, delivered Tuesday evening. Running as a backup/blackout supply. Fantastic service and so far great product. Only comment would be after an email saying order received another saying dispatched and expected delivery date would help. Can’t fault everything else Tim”

“Amazing service. Ordered on a weekend and delivered on the following Tuesday. Only one request though, if you could advise as to when you are shipping items that would be a great help for folks so that they can arrange to be in for the delivery. I also left a message with a lady at your end to check stock. I didn't get a call back so took a chance and ordered it anyway.”

“The only criticism I have concerns the delivery company. They wanted a signature, quite understandably but did not notify me when they were going to deliver. Hampshire generators had given them my details but it was quite by chance that I was in when they delivered the goods. At the very least, it would have been nice to know the day that they were going to deliver”

“Product was good and delivery prompt. Courier was good and kept me updated as to delivery status. Customer support was good, they replied quickly and accurately. The only real issue was the lack of updates. When ordered the items were in stock according to the website. However after a few days of waiting for an order confirmation I had to contact HG only to find out they were awaiting delivery. After a few more days the website stated items in stock but once again I had to make contact to find out when they expected to dispatch. I know when you place an order the site states order received but a text just to confirm would make all the difference along with another to confirm expected dispatch.”

“Little disappointed generator had an issue after two weeks sent it back and wanted my money back but because I hadn’t got the original box I was told I would only get 60% of my money back not what I expected but the issue was sorted and I have got the generator back however still not what I expected not as quiet or as light as I thought🙁🙁”

“I didn't get any automated email to confirm my order, so had to phone, to get a receipt. The Courier they use does not let you know what day they are delivering, so not helpful, as they won't leave the product unless you are in. I'm happy with the EcoFlow Delta Power Station. It works well.”

“Although my items were delivered in good condition and quickly, I didn't know they were on the way until I received a message from the courier on the morning of delivery. Fortunately, I was at home and able to accept the deliver. Pre-advice with a planned delivery day would have been better.”

“it would be great if we had a complete order! it seems some of it got sent up to manchester and we still haven't received it! As we are only in Southampton Hampshire it could off been resent but we were told it would have to be found and then sent to us! We are not happy and hope to receive it A.S.A.P ?? update; After ringing again we asked them to send out another 2 more panels because the others hadn't been found..which they did and we received them the next day. We feel we should off been offered this in the first place... however all arrived safely and we are happy with our purchase.”

Hello Mr Caldwell, Thank you for your review. Replacement units have now been sent to you after a conversation with the team this week. Unfortunately, we do need to wait a few days for DPD to investigate lost parcels as they do sometimes reappear. “My only issue is if there is a delay in supplying the generator it needs to be communicated. 5-7 days before dispatch but it was 14, also the courier only contacted me 1 hour before the earliest delivery to say it us on its way. Very helpful when you call but communication could improve without being driven by customer calling and better advance warning of delivery. No issues with the generator, package etc only communication.”
