“Very prompt delivery only I was not informed of the delivery time or date so I was not in when it arrived. It was left on our front doorstep and was too heavy to move without assistance. No tracking information. I have now run the generator briefly and all seems to be OK”

“Very pleased with the generator, it’s useful in my motor home when no hookup available. There was a minor hiccup with delivery and damage to solar parcel or I would have rated it 5 star. Presumably this was due to carrier rather than suppliers. Fortunately the panel itself was not damaged.”

“Item was as described and delivered within 5 days. Despite the website saying the product was in stock it was not; hence 4 stars rather than 5. The supplier was responsive to my email. Would use them again.”

“Ordering from the website was quick and easy. My generator was delivered within three days as advertised, and worked fine straight out of the box. The only downside was that after ordering, I did not get a confimation email nor any information about the delivery date, until I phoned two days after ordering.”

“Bought the generator to replace a petrol generator which had broken. Although the Hampshire one was more expensive it is much more portable and as I have solar panels I charge it when the sun shines. I try to run my computers with it and if we have power cuts we can watch tv and keep fridges and freezers running for a while.”

“Contacted Hampshire Generators before ordering because I was concerned about the weight and my neibour's lifting abilities. Was informed my generator is delivered on pallet...perfect for neighbour to unlock garage door,however driver working solo and it was lucky my other neighbour(builder)was in and assisted. Great generator,good instructions and didn't take long to set up.”

“The ordering process was simple enough. Delivery was prompt, although the first delivery was for the wrong make and model. I received the correct unit a week later which I am delighted with. I bought this mainly to power my CPAP machine. ( Airsense 10 Autoset) 3 nights camping with 2 phone charges later it was still at 76% power left. (Jackery Explorer 500 and 100w solar panel) I have not needed to use the solar panel yet as it uses so little power.”
