“I was happy with the competitive price of the parts I bought and communication with the company. I reduced the rating by one because the company insist on only using FedEx which meant for me an additional postage fee of nearly £14 for an item about 3cm long with very little weight! The item only cost £25. I did enquire whether they would send it by Royal Mail because for me it would arrive quicker than any other delivery method and cost less than £4. Sadly they refused. Oh well is the price you pay for living in the beautiful north of Scotland.”

“Excellant service. Vary fast delivery when I ordered my generator they said it would take a few days to get and you should have it within 7 days it was with me in 3 days. Great generator works perfect.”

“We originally purchased a River which had set up problems. A refund was generated while we waited for stocks of River 2 to arrive. The River 2 was delivered the day after ordering. The product is just what we wanted. If you are looking to buy an Ecoflow product, HG are the company to deal with. They are great, in both their sales and after service departments.”

“BE AWARE MAY NOT BE IN STOCK! Ordered a product that said "in stock ready for dispatch" turned out not to be the case. Had to chase them for updates as to when!. Arrived 2 months later. As a customer, they should update you or not take the order if not in stock!”

“I rang Hampshire Generators and spoke to an extremely helpful lady. The bulky item I eventually ordered on-line was despatched immediately and delivered to the other end of the country the next day. I would not hesitate to use this company again.”
