“Spot on! Ordered and it was here in 2 days (ecoflow delta mini) As cheap as anywhere else with £200 off RRP and with free delivery. Taking it away in the camper to try it out next week. But from the reviews i’m sure it will do the job. Just not received the gift card but sure it’s prob just a blip! All the best David”

“Not sure where to start really I ordered this generator around the 24th October and finally received it yesterday 19th December after sales complete waste of time couldn't tell me anything about where the actual generator was and couldn't tell me when it would arrive”

“Generator delivered after a 3-month wait to a location as per instructions, satisfactorily. Hams\\\hire Generators could give customers more helpful advice on starting up a new generator out of a box: !. Connect negative battery terminal to fully-charged battery. 2. Buy sump oil to fill an empty sump. 3. Buy the extra cover from Hampshire Generators which drapes over a boxy alloy metal frame and allows grnerator to run with the exhaust uncovered. The noise level is a bit more than what is described.”

“Despite my wife asking your courier to drop the generator on the path at the front of the house where at least she could have shut the gate, he opted to dump it on the pavement where it was totally unsecured until I got back. Also people using the pavement had to go out onto the road to get past”

“I ordered a generator from Hampshire Generators and had excellent customer service from them from the get go. Even though there was a delay in the product arriving in the UK, once it was there the contact with Hampshire Gen was excellent, including the 3rd party delivery driver who could not have been more helpful.”
