“Brought the river 2 in November last year and had a delivery date of before Christmas well in never came, the company did not keep me informed I had to keep phoning to find out when it arrived about a week ago great product but the company I brought from couldn’t care less customer service is rubbish”

“The Jackery arrived promptly. I bought it especially for our friends in Ukraine, as they have huge electricity cut-outs and a battery can be a life-saver. Literally they have power for 6-7 hours per day only. The Jackery arrived yesterday and will drive a 100W water pump for the heating. Our friends have a little baby, +2.4 hour extra heating can be a life saver.”

“The Honda EU22i is excellent I’m very pleased with it. My only issue is the long delivery time and lack of communication about the likely date of delivery. I had to email on 2 occasions.However, I did receive an apology.”

“Thank you for the first class service. The website has a lot of very useful information and most importantly, the current stock levels are kept up to date. Simon was very helpful letting me know current stock availability and delivery information for the generator output I was looking for. After I'd placed my order, I was kept up to date with tracking information and given a 2-hour delivery window. One small observation, and this is really down to the manufacturer, is that the dimensions of the Loncin Generator are the frame size only. When the wheels are added, this changes the width from 546mm to 710mm. Thankfully, I had just enough room at the generator storage location.”

“Ordered an item which was severely late in being dispatched due to it being on back order and the supplier continually pushing back. Communication was fine if I initiated for an update, but I didn’t receive any comms otherwise. Item was eventually dispatched to me 2 months after initial estimate but I wasn’t informed, the item just turned up.”
