“I spoke with Simon for advice before buying he was able to help me understand the products better so I could make an informed decision. Once I’d ordered a Delta Mini, 220w Solar panel and some solar extension cables the deliver was very quick and efficient arriving in 48hrs. One small point I didn’t see the Love2Shop voucher promised. Other than that the service and product were both excellent. Thank you Hampshire Generators!”

“Partly drawn by discounted price of my champion 7000watt dual fuel generator. I was very pleased with the service Hampshire Generators provided with speedy delivery by Palletways Delivery service and the young man who delivered it could not have been more helpful. “Couldn’t get good advice from any sales people over two calls, so had to work it all out myself. Gave very clear instructions on what day the pump was to be delivered - it arrived a day early. Not a good performance at all”

“Great service from Hampshire generators however delivery company left the generator worth about £1000 in the middle of a shared car park despite the office having a sign stating “open” on the door and us having 2 members of staff in there the whole day. It was lucky one of my staff saw it and no one else. Awful delivery company but 5 stars for Hampshire generators as that’s not there fault. The solar panel arrived from a different delivery company about 3 hours before the generator and they had no issue with dripping it into the office so there was no excuse for the other delivery company to leave it outside other than laziness. Didn’t even bother phoning either.”

“Very helpful technical sales team who have advised me on the purchase of two sine wave generators. Both of which are excellent - one 3.5Kw electric start while the other 1.5Kw pull start. Very pleased with both purchases. I will be buying a much larger generator soon (9-10Kw) and it will be from Hampshire Generators.”
