“I ordered a Bluetti AC180P from Hampshire Generators and have had no problems at all. The price was very competitive for the higher power Ac180P over other sellers. The delivery was ok so I will certainly deal with Hampshire Generators again.”

“Bought this from Hampshire Generators as it was in stock and a good price. I needed a decent sized power station to power my astrophotography gear and it handles it with ease. Obviously it's been raining ever since I got it, so not been able to take it to a dark site to test to put it through it's paces, but all the tests I have done have shown it to be a wee beauty. It's a great size, nicely engineered and has a pretty awesome guarantee. A very happy customer basically.”

“Firstly I would like to say it was a very good price I paid which was the reason I was prepared to wait for the delivery in sometime in January as stated on the site. It was ordered on the 24th December. I was emailed to say the delivery was going to be the 19th of February a day before that date so very little notice and then to make matters worse it never arrived but came the following day therefore wasting 2 working days so that I could take delivery of the product.”

“Needing a generator, to manage power outages during all the recent storms running through NE Scotland, I purchased a Excel Power XL11000V 8KW Open Framed Petrol Generator from Hampshire Generators, based on the positive reviews from other customers, information online, and the availability of stock. The information on the website was very clear, and answered most of my questions, however, speaking with Kathleen and the team to answer specific electrical questions was a joy, and they were both very helpful / knowledgeable, and a joy to deal with. After placing the order for the generator online, I realised I had forgotten a vital transfer switch, but this was easily resolved with another quick online order, and confirmation email, to get everything included in the same order. Arranging a pallet shipping to the Highlands for the 100+KG pallet was so easy, and at a VERY reasonable price. The confirmation emails, and notification of consignment came through as advised, and the delivery by the carrier was spot on schedule... All in all, this has been a very easy process, the information was good, and the shipment arrived on time, and in perfect condition... Cannot ask for more, and full credit to Hampshire Generators for their excellent team members, and customer service...”

“Having brought a generator from Hampshire Generators about a month ago, which is the best and quietest generator I have ever had and the quality is top notch, then since then I have purchased a medium cover which comes with a metal frame and can be used while running has been a fantastic buy as the weather has been rubbish. I would highly recommend Hampshire Generators.”

“Hyundai DHY6000SE, year 2014 new old stock. Stuart was very helpful and advised a new fuel solenoid which eventually arrived and the generator now runs smoothly. He was right. FedEx let you down with communications they don't keep, advised Wednesday that didn't happen advised Thursday same, arrived early Friday morning. I hope Trump can sort them out and also get day month year in that order.!!”
