“I needed a dual fuel generator on a short deadline, I called up to ask about deliveries and they offered to ship it on a pallet faster for me to recieve it in time. It arrived within a couple days, well in time for my event. The generator worked a treat and was easy to set up / monover.”

“Very pleasant and business-like company to deal with. Good reassurance from sales staff and easy to transact on their website. Delivery (XL6000 inverter generator) was very prompt via a carrier. Only just run the generator "for show" so far and it looks and sounds like a good machine which starts immediately (electric but can be pull-start) and will certainly power our catering trailer (3KW coffee machine plus associated kit). The manual supplied with the machine has some minor inaccuracy concerning rubber straps around the battery and the need to connect the negative terminal which is not a million miles off but not precisely correct information. Definitely worth reading the manual though.”

“Ordered the 4.2kwa generator. Had to mail Hampshire for updates and they responded very quickly. Order did not arrive on due date and again Hampshire dropped straight onto the courier company and got me an early next day delivery. Couldn't reccomend them more 5* from me”

“The website was easy to navigate and ordering on line was simple. The generator is great. An ideal size small and easy to move, put away. Powerful enough to provide power to our motorhome when off grid. Good for power washer. Quiet compared to other generators we have had. Excellent service from Hampshire generators. I spoke to customer service and was dealt with professionally quickly to my complete satisfaction by a friendly competent lady. Delivery would have been extremely quick if FedEx courtiers hadnt changed the delivery date on the actual day of delivery to the next day. We would recommend Hampshire generators.”

“Firstly their website is really clear and tells you everything you need to know and the price advertised for this machine was the best I found after searching a few websites. The generator arrived within a few days when they said it would, it was on a pallet and dropped where we wanted it. I had good and timely communications from their team and when I requested to cancel part of the order as I didn't need it, it was done without question. The generator itself is excellent, does the job, so far, so good. Excellent customer service.”

“Sorry to say only 3 Stars because the delivery via TNT was appalling, tracking information was incomplete and delivery was over 2 days meaning that I had to stay in awaiting delivery, very inconvenient, then TNT delivered to the wrong address, not a satisfactory service. TNT don’t give 1hr time slots I suggest that you need to engage a courier service which is more able to supply a customer service which I’m sure would enhance your company profile, as far as the product is concerned which I have purchase I am very pleased with it. Sorry for the moan but this needs to be addressed when delivering high value products.”
