“Excellent staff to speak to on the phone, despite me making an error, the girls at Hampshire Generators help me rectifiy the issue, I am very please with the delivery time and the condtion of the pacaging that made sure my Generator and equipment arrived in excellent condtion. I would thorough recommend Hampshire Generators and will be using them again for after sale service and procument of other products, I have nothing but praise, well done.”

“Bought a 200 watt folding solar panel and a cable to plug into my EcoFlow power station , very quick delivery with all the tracking info , there was a very minor issue with one of the plug in connectors on the panel ( it was a minor defect on the plastic connector and no fault of Hampshire generators) , they had the panel picked up by courier next day and sent me a replacement, with excellent communication with Lucy at HG all the way through , set the panel up the following day and it was giving 125 watts into my power station (pretty good for late November sun) , I'd recommend the panel (Excel power 200 watts) , and I'd recommend Hampshire generators, great service.”

“The product I ordered was just as described, and from a reputable brand. No worries there. The delivery however was another matter. The product was delivered by FedEx, who are not only useless but lied about the delivery! I would strongly recommend that Hampshire Generators use a different courier, one who can actually deliver parcels.”

“Many thanks to Hampshire Generators for their very efficient and helpful way they dealt with my order. Also their delivery schedule was second to none as I received the River 2 + 100w solar panel, in excellent condition I might add, the next day. I have powered the unit up and down a couple of times to test it out and am so far well impressed. Due to the lack of sunshine at present I have not yet tested the solar panel. I do have one query though, which is: on each power up the river 2 only gets to 99% not 100% is there a particular reason for this? Overall I am a very satisfied customer and would recommend Hampshire Generators to anyone interested in purchasing a power pack. Once again many thanks.”

“Excellent service. Received my generator quickly. Little bit confusing about which oil to use with the Excel power xl3000ie 3.2kw inverter generator. Started on the 3rd pull out of the box after filling it up. Can't wait to use it on site etc.”
