Hamper arrived with out of date products, both Hay Hampers and Amazon refused to take responsibility. The products themselves are rather cheap and nasty looking and the use of polystyrene filling is disappointing. Avoid Hay Hampers.

An after noon tes was ordered for my uncle's birthday but it didn't arrive until after 6 pm even though it had left the depot early that morning. With fresh cream as part of the hamper, I only hope the package was kept refrigerated. Very disappointed that he couldn't enjoy a tea party.

I received a gift from a friend only to find out that it had 2 days to use it, I don't think sending items out with 2 days left is good at all. Seems like they buy end of date stock and hope for the best.

Placed an order in Nov for delivery on the 22nd Dec no communication called on the 21st was assured it would be despatched it was not. Called again and was told it would definitely be despatched today 23rd nope. Called to cancel as was a present for my Dad and was told that had been done. He receives the hamper on the 28th I do not receive an email now blaming parcel force, no refund. Thank you for ruining my last Christmas and causing me so much stress.

Sent out the wrong product and unable to organise a replacement sent out in time for Christmas. Refused to send it via alternative delivery means to make up for their mistake. And am going to waste more of my time to arrange for them to pick up what was wrongly delivered. Ruined my Christmas.

Ordered a hamper in November for a December delivery. Wasn’t delivered on the date requested, emailed twice with no response called to be told it will be delivered the next day which it was not, called a second time to be told they had a different delivery date on my order. Finally got my delivery 5 days later than the original delivery date. Poor customer service didn’t offer anything to resolve this. Will not be using again which is a shame as the hamper is nice

We ordered a hamper in November and were told it would be delivered by mid-December. It was not despatched, and we were told it could not be delivered in time ahead of Christmas. Awful experience at every stage.

Absolute rip off, the contents of a £24 hamper only come to £9.30. It is basically 8 tiny, tiny bags of snack/crisps that were all crushed and tasted hideous. 100% Vegano made me throw up. Not even good for the garden birds or gulls to eat. I complained to Hay Hampers but they were useless. Please do not waste your money on their goods, it will be an insult to your loved ones. The one star is too high a review.

These hampers are not worth the price. And the selection you get may not be what you expected, poor quality, cheap horrible stuff. Do not expect any helpful response from their customer services.

Very disappointed Ordered halal hamper, marshmallows had pork gelatine in them! Totally unacceptable! Emailed to give feedback and ask what happened and why- and no response! Will never ever use again and they didn't even have the courtesy to respond nor give me money back. So so sad. Embarrassing for me.

Hi James We are sorry to hear that we have not met our usual high standards. I have tracked your order and details and spoken to our Customer Services Manager. Your parcel was sent out twice for delivery however returned as there were issues with the address. I believe this is now resolved and your parcel is out for delivery today. I ordered 4 Hampers for my compnay that were supposed to be delivered between 16th and 23rd December. Only three were received on the 24th December and I only found out that they were going to be late because I had to chase them. One Hamper was not delivered at all. I called to find out what happened on Tuesday 5th January. It is now late afternoon on Friday 7th January and no-one has got back to me to let me know why the fourth hamper was not delivered. As a customer, I should not be the one having to chase why the hamper was not received. I am not happy with the service I have been given.
