“Due to inadequate packaging the fence panels arrived damaged. Garden Mall were impressive with their response and on the strength of my photographs couriered replacements within 4 days, in time for my gardener, before collecting the damaged panels. They were very helpful and followed the whole process carefully. I was impressed.”

“Item lost in warehouse. Confirmed a replacement order was being sent. However, only 1 item left in stock when 2 were ordered. I ordered a further one as it appeared they were back in stock to be informed they were out of stock when I contacted customer service. Still do not have the money back in my bank from the original order nor an acknowledgement that the second order is being processed or refunded as supposedly out of stock. A bit of a shambles”

“Happy with the design and size of this mirror. I think it looks lovely on my shed door. Unfortunately the mirror had a small crack on one of the lower sections of the mirror. It's small but disappointing. Unbelievable as the box was huge and the protective packaging was plentiful. I didn't want to complain and send it back as i was just happy to have eventually get it, and knew if I did it would be at least another week..”

“I would definately order from Garden Mall again. It was easy to order my fencing, I was kept up to date with delivery times. When I had an item missing, there was no quibble and Garden Mall sent out a replacing which I received the following day. Very happy with the quality of my fencing and the whole shopping experience.”

“Exactly what I was looking for. Great quality, already had a liner in and drainage hole. I painted it the same day it arrived and paint went on a dream. A brilliant addition to the garden… so glad I didn’t go with a plastic or Metal. Exactly the right size and better value for money than other large planters”

“Really pleased with the two mirrors purchased for the garden to add that extra illusion of space. They arrived well packaged always a worry when you order online with fragile objects but no worries here protected with plenty of bubblewrap. The mirrors were perfect and as described.”
