Delivery was arranged for Friday but it hadn't arrived by 7 pm so I'm still waiting for it!

Where is it ??. The Chiminea cover turned up at the address stated. No sign of the chiminea, the courier, or anything from the seller..??. These people take the order and appear to not oversea the delivery of the product bought on line in the first place..

Misleading and inaccurate information and imagery on their website when I wanted to return for a refund the customer service team were obstructive. Would definitely not recommend this company

Garden chairs not received after two weeks. No replys to emails sent. Telephone calls go to answerphone. No live chat as stated. Complete nightmare.

the item delivered is not the item ordered, its not the same colour or shape! I paid extra for next day delivery. the item was not even collected by the courier until two days after the order and was not delivered until late on the 4th day

Described as an Indoor planter, but was supplied with drilled out drainage holes in it; totally unfit for the purpose it was purchased for. Now I'm having to take it to a returns point in the hppe my money is returned - very unhappy.

We sincerely apologise for any disappointment you've experienced. We can see that standard delivery was selected upon checkout which can take up to 3-5 working days to be delivered. We aim to have orders sent out as quickly as possible, but unfortunatley this order would not have been delivered the next day. Thank you for your feedback.

Absolutely awful bought a wreath not cheap came damaged stars half painted stars split in two rang rang no one answers emailed over and over left messages finally days later replied Absolutely awful experience Sorry Garden Mall you asked so I’m being honest The wreath was tacky hot glued not wired glue was overly done hardly any foliage Never buy from you again

Paid £22 for 4 rubbish roses which I could have bought from poundland for £4 if you order from a garden site you expect real flowers

Our website advertises our products as artificial flowers. If we ever offer fresh flowers in the future, we will certainly make sure to prominently feature this information on our website to avoid any such confusion. I ordered 4 cushion seats and tried to become a member and get 5 per cent off, that didn’t work, but I wanted for my weekend Party, so I ordered them . ( check my records the previous year I had bought a Arbour. The cushions arrived quickly, but I got 8, I phoned up and they got picked up but I had to stay in wait . I got a nice letter thanking me for being honest but I thought a postage refund would have been nicer.

Disgusting customer service! I have been trying to send back some unused fence panels for nearly 2 weeks now - using their customer service form on their website as nobody ever answers the phone. Several times I was told to log into my account to process a return, then my ticket is closed. I respond to the closed ticket and no reply, so have to start it all again. I was unable to log into my account to process a return as I checked out as a guest! I finally get to sending my return back - they advise they have a preferential rate with Dpd however upon contacting Dpd, the item is too big to send back with them. So instead of costing £5-£10 to return, it has cost me £70! They are now saying one of the items are damaged so won't refund, despite the box being unopened and actually arriving with the fence panel legs sticking out the box. We Sellotaped the legs into the box to protect them, but they are saying the top of the fence panels are damaged, despite us not even opening them. I have submitted photo evidence showing the box upon arrival and no difference. So in total, £200 of items returned, at a return cost of £70, then them refusing to refund a panel that was damaged on arrival - £30. A £200+ return has cost me £100 to process. I would not recommend them at all, atrocious customer service and accusing the customers of damaging items, despite photo evidence!

Hi Jonathan, We are terribly sorry to hear that you were unable to to get through to us via our phone line. We are unsure of the reason behind this, other than that we have been very busy during Garden season. Our tickets close when beleive that the issue/ query has been resolved and will open up if there is a reponse. We are terribly sorry if this caused confusion. The DPD service is displayed as this may be an option to return your order, but this is dependant on the size and weight of the parcel(s). If an order is not damged or defected, we give our customers the option of who they would like to return their order back with. Unfortunatley, we had no knowledge of the damage to the packaging until we received images from yourself once the order had returned. As the damage to the product in transit was no fault of your own, a refund was processed for all fences returned including the damaged fences. We hope that you are happy with this resolution. Thank you for your valued feedback, we will always take this onboard.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I placed an order two weeks ago, which was supposedly out for delivery the next day... then the next... then the delivery driver ran out of time, then it got sent back, then the next delivery didn't materialise. I am so fed up with wasting so much of my time phoning DAILY just to find out where my purchase is!! It's a scam!! Still no delivery!!

The tray arrived with half of it mottled not smooth. I contacted Garden Mail straightaway & have heard nothing from you. Unsatisfactory customer service. You now contact me & want me to rate your performance! Well I rate it zero!
